【禁闻】李承鹏等人参选人大代表 争民主
【新唐人2011年5月28日讯】今年的中国大陆地方县、乡人大换届选举在即。最近几
天，从社会名人到普通市民，纷纷有人在微博上宣布，将参选人大代表。这是继江西下
岗女工刘萍打响独立竞选一炮后，在大陆有更多的公民站出来，要求实现自己合法的选
举权。
根据发布在大陆微博的消息，著名媒体评论员李承鹏将参选成都武侯区人大代表。 他
在新浪微博拥有290多万粉丝，大多数网友都支持他参选人大。
李承鹏坦言，在地方上做这个选举的实验，具有标本意义。如果参选成功，寓意会很
强。他向媒体强调，他"其实是个代言人"，因为老百姓有很多想表达的，但苦于找不到
合适的平台。
作家夏商在微博宣布将参选上海静安区人大代表，他表示，一定为选民说话。
中国政法大学副教授吴丹红，也将参选北京海淀区人大代表，他表示，要为推动中国民
主法治�程尽绵薄之力。
杭州的梁永春表示，自知绝无可能选上，但参选意义大于结果，主要在唤醒更多民众的
权利意识，让大家明白每个公民都有参政议政的权利，每个人的选举权都神圣不可侵
犯。此外还有杭州的徐彦、江西新余的李思华等人，也宣布参选。
中国过渡政府伍凡："这是非常好的事情，这是从另外一个思路，另外一个角度去改变
中国现状。中国的老百姓要参选这是一种政治觉悟的高涨，争取发言权、参与权，最后
一个，决策权，他们想争取这个权力，这是一个很好的现象，但是我的感觉是，中共是
不会让你得逞的。"
伍凡的感觉似乎应验了，就在多位公民刚刚开始竞选「实验」的时候，已经有消息传出
受到阻碍。
江西李思华向《新唐人》透露，5月27号下午，他和魏忠平等人来到新余市渝水区选举
委员会送推荐表。但遭到了选举委员的辱骂驱赶，并要抢他们的摄像机、照相机和录音
机。
李思华："按照法律规定，按照选举法规定，只要有10名以上的选民推荐候选人，就应
该是一个合法的程序，就可以作为初步候选人。我们有218人推荐我――李思华做候选
人，我们这个程序和推荐条件是符合这个法律规定的。我们送上去的时候，他们不肯
收，他们把我们赶出来，赶出来的时候，并且还骂人，骂我们贼头贼脑，骂我们社会垃
圾。"
虽然遭受到当局的打压，但李思华表示会坚持下去。
李思华："我们肯定会坚持走下去，一方面我们自己几个人也很坚定，另外一方面这些
媒体的支持，网民的支持和选民的支持，所以我们肯定会坚定不移的走下去。"
李思华知道，在目前中国的政治环境下，他被选为人大代表的机会非常渺茫。那么，怎
样才能让中国公民真正实现《宪法》赋予的选举权呢？伍凡" 只有彻底改变共产党的统
治，没有了共产党的统治，真正让老百姓一个平等的自由的选举的时候，他们的权力才
能得到保障，才能真正行使他们的选举权和被选举权。

Chinese Run for Local Elections
Town and county-level elections in China are near.Lately, some citizens
announced to run for officesin the elections of People's
Representatives,following the unemployed female Liu Ping in Jiangxi,who
stood up to run for the local election.More Chinese want their legal rights
to be elected.
According to China's macro-blogs, a commentatorLi Chengpeng will run for
the local election in Chengdu.Most of his 2.9M blog fans support his
campaign.
Li said frankly that his running is symbolic.If successful, it bears
significant meaning.He told media, he is "actually a spokesperson",as the
folks have a lot to say, but lack suitable ways.
Writer Xia Shang announced to run for the electionin Jingan District,
Shanghai, to speak for the people.
Wu Danhong, associate prof. of China University ofPolitical Science and Law
will run in Beijing's Haidianto push for China's democratic process.
Hanzhou's candidate Liang Yongchun said,although he cannot win, it is
important to runand raise people's awareness of their rightsto participate
in politics. Individual's sacred rightto elect and be elected cannot be
infringed.
Xu Yan from Hanzhou and Li Sihua from Xinyu, Jiangxiwill also run in their
local elections.
Wu Fan, president of the Chinese Interim Government:It is a very good. It
is a different way to change China;an indication of the Chinese's political
enlightenment.It is a good phenomenon that the Chinese are fightingfor
their rights of speech, participation and decision.But I feel the
authorities would not allow them.
Wu Fan's predictions seemed to come true.As soon as citizens began to
"exercise" their rights,it was rumored they had been barred from running.
Li Sihua from Jiangxi told NTDTV, on May 27,they went to the city election
committee to register,but was cursed and driven out. The election
officerseven tried to grab their camera and voice recorders.
Li Sihua: According to China's election law,with over 10 nominations, a
citizen can run for office.I received 218 nominations, so I can be a
candidate.Our procedure is legal, but they wouldn't accept.They drove us
out of their office and swore at us andcalled us the dregs of society.
Despite the suppression, Li vowed to persist.
Li: We will certainly persist. We are determined.We are supported by the
(private) media, netizensand the voters, so we will definitely hang on to
it.
Li knows that the chance is slim for him to get electedin the current
political environment in China.Then how can Chinese citizens truly honor
the electionrights the Constitution endows upon them?Wu Fan: Only by
completely removing the CCP,can Chinese people have a free and equal
election,and their rights can be guaranteedand they can truly elect others
or be elected.

明指出，中共当局为了经济利益，大肆挖煤、建发电站，严重破坏了蒙古人依赖的命根
子――草原。来看看怎么回事。
5月10号，内蒙古西乌旗浩勒图高勒镇，大约35岁的牧民莫日根为保护草原牧场时，被
春城集团的大型拉煤卡车压死。从上世纪八十年代开始，中共在蒙古草原上发现煤矿
后，越来越多重达几吨的运煤车在草场上奔驶，不仅大面积毁灭植被，而且也经常压死
牧民的牛羊。
牧民们曾向当地政府反应，但没有得到任何帮助。4月26号开始， 达布什勒图和红格尔
嘎查牧的牧民们自发组织起来，拦截运煤车，保护草原。
5月10号深夜，当大部分牧民都回家吃饭和照顾牲畜时，被拦截的100多辆运煤车一起冲
向留下来的十几个牧民。莫日根被一辆运煤车碾过，然后拖出去150米，当场死亡。旁
边的警车要上前制止时，被另外两辆运煤车卡住，肇事司机趁机逃跑。
5月11号，涉嫌故意杀人罪的司机李林东、卢向东已被逮捕。
22号，当地政府给了莫日根家里送去56万元现金想私了。但10号晚上在场的牧民们，曾
听到运煤车司机喝酒吃饭时说，"杀死一个牧民顶多赔个40万"。牧民们说，不是为了
钱，是为了蒙古人的尊严，要让当局给保卫草原的莫日根建纪念碑等等。
23号，当地有近千人到锡林郭勒盟西乌旗政府抗议，与军警在政府大楼前对峙。
保卫内蒙古人权同盟主席席海明："最后政府动用军队警察二百多人，把街都封了，抓
了三个牧民一个学生。现在四个公社的牧民要�旗里的时候，都让军队和警察给拦住
了。"
25号早上，二千多名蒙古族学生不顾学校的封锁，到锡林郭勒盟政府门前抗议游行。学
生们和武警发生冲突，四名女学生被武警的车撞了，其中一名双腿骨折，还有十几人受
伤。
席海明："在锡林郭勒盟盟所在地，有锡林郭勒市中学，还有锡林郭勒盟中学，还有职
业大学，三个学校的两千多个蒙古族学生集会游行，最后游行到盟公署前面，递交请愿
书。"
席海明披露，当局在蒙古大力挖煤和兴建发电站，不仅是掠夺蒙古人的资源，而且毁了
蒙古人的环境。
席海明："挖出来以后煤矿附近开始炼煤，然后成电。完了把这个环境污染留给你，钱
给煤炭部、还有李鹏的孩子挣钱。北京那儿没污染，干干净净，把钱给拿了。内蒙
呢，把草原给毁了不说，空气也毁了。"
中共建政后，在不同时期用不同方式不断开垦内蒙草原，比如用"开发边疆建设边疆"的
旗号，送知识青年上山下乡，成立生产建设兵团，甚至还把山东整个村子的人都给迁到
内蒙古去。
席海明："他们认为那是荒地，实际对蒙古人来说，那是他的生活资料、生产资料，就
是蒙古人的命根子。因为草原"天苍苍 野茫茫风吹草低见牛羊"，现在啥都没了。原来
英国工业化的时候，因为织毛毯、织呢子，圈地运动叫"羊吃人"，现在蒙古的草原上人
吃羊，把蒙古人 的生存给吃掉了。"
席海明指出，草原是蒙古人的命根子，但中共这些年把草原毁得连狼都绝迹了。

said,Chinese communist authorities (CCP) have severelydamaged the prairie,
which is the Mongolians' lifeline.
On May 10, in a town in West Ujimqin Banner,35-year-old herdsman Mergen was
crushed to deathfor protecting the grassland, by coal trucks ofa Han mining
company Chun Cheng Group.Since 1980's, large coal trucks have been
runningon the Mongolian prairie, destroying vegetation andfrequently
killing cattle and sheep raised by herders.
Herders have reported this repeatedly to government,but didn't receive any
help. On April 26, 2011,herders in the region spontaneously became
organizedto intercept coal trucks, in order to protect grasslands.
At night on May 10, most herders returned home.Over 100 intercepted coal
trucks suddenly rushedtowards a dozen herdsmen that remained.Mergen was run
over by a coal truck and thendragged for over 150 meters. He died on the
spot.When the police wanted to intervene,the murderous truck drivers
escaped.
On May 11, drivers Li Lindong and Lu Xiangdong,suspected of homicide, were
arrested.
On May 22, the government gave Mergen's familyRMB 560,000 yuan to settle
the incident.Witnesses to the murder said the drivers said,"Killing a
herder needs to pay max RMB 400,000."Herders demanded the authorities to
builda monument for Mergen for protecting the prairie.
On May 23, almost 1,000 people protested in front ofXilin Gol government
and confronted the police.
Xi Haiming: At last, the authorities dispatched 200soldiers and policemen
to block the streets.They arrested three herders and one student.Herders
from 4 communes are blocked by the policewhen they enter into the Banner."
On May 25, over 2,000 Mongolian students brokethe schools' blockage and

stations,is not only plundering resources,but also damaging the environment.
Xi: After excavation, coals are burned nearby togenerate electricity and
the government andchildren of ex-premier Li Peng made money,leaving the
environment polluted.The Mongolian prairie and the air are all ruined.
After the CCP usurped power, it unceasinglyreclaimed the prairie land with
various means.It sent youths to "build and construct the frontier".The CCP
even moved an entire village in Shangdongto Inner Mongolia.
Xi: They (CCP) deemed it wasteland, but it isthe Mongolians' lifeline and
their base for herding.Now, everything is gone. In British
Industrialization,the enclosure movement was referred to as"Sheep eating
men", but now in Inner Mongolia,it is men eating sheep, destroying

【新唐人2011年5月28日讯】最近，在大陆网络上正在热传一篇博文，文中展示了一个
毛泽东双膝下跪的雕像。网民纷纷表示，"毛的下跪"是必然的。评论人士指出，「对毛
泽东的批判」在民间已经形成热潮，而对于罪大恶极的毛泽东来说，即使"忏悔"也不能
免他的罪。
在这篇题为《忏悔吧！毛泽东》的博文中，最引人注目的是一张毛泽东双膝 下跪雕像
的照片。雕像中的毛泽毛，双膝下跪、右手抚胸，显示出一副忏悔的模样。
文章写道："毛泽东毁灭了中华五千年的文明，屠杀了八千万的生命，无情的摧残了人
性，位列于二十世纪三大杀人魔王（毛泽东、斯大林、希特勒）之首。他认为世界上没
有神，所以无所畏惧，他自命为神，所以无所不能，无所不为。"
文章认为："他（毛泽东）应当跪在所有的中国人的面前忏悔！他应该跪在中华民族文
化面前忏悔！他应当跪在人类的良知面前忏悔！"
反右运动受害者，北京的燕豚符女士认为，现在越来越多的人已经认清，曾经被奉若神
明的毛泽东其实是一个暴君。
燕豚符（反右运动受害者）："很多人，认识到毛泽东不是东西，越来越多，这个不完
全是过去受过迫害的，就是其他的一些人，包括很多的知识份子，还有很多普通老百
姓，也都这么认识。"
燕豚符女士指出，对于毛泽东这么罪大恶极的人，说"忏悔"是在抬高他；即使他现在
"忏悔"了，也不可能免他的罪。
而贵州前《毕节日报》记者李元龙也向《新唐人》表示："毛泽东这样的人，我认
为，还不是功过的问题，而是罪恶有多大，该怎样清算的问题。实际上要我来说的
话，那个铜像都美化毛泽东了。实际上毛泽东这样的人根本不会主动忏悔的。"
中共前党魁毛泽东从1935年「遵义会议」开始，到1976年死亡，一直是中共的最高领导
人。在他统治期间，中国有多达数千万人非正常死亡。仅"文化大革命"中，就有一半的
中国家庭受到迫害。
2004年底，《大纪元》发表社论《九评共产党》，人们对毛泽东这位前中共党魁的认
识，有了更客观清晰的判断。
李元龙（贵州前《毕节日报》记者）："这样的声音（批判毛泽东）在民间、在有独立
思考能力、独立判断能力的人中间，是比较盛行的。"
大陆著名经济学家茅于轼，前不久发表对中共党史学者辛子陵《红太阳的陨落》一书的
读后感----《把毛泽东还原成人》，文章指出，毛泽东热衷"阶级斗争"，造成几千万中
国人的非正常死亡；"文化大革命"更是使中国的传统文化被破坏殆尽。
美国《纽约时报》签约摄影记者杜斌，日前也在香港发行新书《毛主席的炼狱》，再现
了上世纪60年代大饥荒年代的历史真相，曝光了毛泽东蓄意饿死数千万中国老百姓的滔
天罪行。
上海媒体《文汇读书周报》在2月份也曾公开披露了毛泽东"感谢日本侵略"的说法，文
章指出：日军入侵帮助中共壮大，最终夺权，毛泽东因此感谢日本侵华。
据了解，这个毛泽东"忏悔"像，是中国前卫艺术家高�（Shēn）与高强两兄弟的作
品，他们的父亲在文革中被打成"反革命"，被迫害致死。兄弟二人现居北京，部分作品
被收入《中国现代艺术史》等艺术图册，并被中外美术馆收藏。
今年（2011年）早些时候，海南省文昌市龙楼镇南海边的一座10米高毛泽东塑像，被人
摧毁、断为五截，网友称它是："史上最给力拆迁！"

Surprise! "Mao Zedong Kneeling Statue" Appears
Recently, a blog article has been widely circulatedamong Chinese readers.
The article shows a statueof Mao Zedong kneeling. Netizens comment thatMao
Zedong going down on his knee is inevitable.Commentators point out that
criticism of Mao Zedongis getting popular, yet for the heinous Mao
Zedong,even "repentance" would not diminish his crimes.
In this article, entitled "Repent, Mao Zedong!"the most engaging part is a
statue of Mao Zedongon his knees. In the statue, Mao Zedong kneels downwith
his right hand over his chest for repentance.
The article says, "Mao Zedong destroyed the 5000-yearChinese culture,
murdered 80 million lives, ruthlesslydevastated humanity, topping the 3
murderous monstersof the 20th century (Mao Zedong, Stalin and Hitler).He
was an atheist and feared nothing. He called himselfa god, believed himself
to be omnipotent.
The article states, "[Mao Zedong] should kneel beforethe Chinese people,
the Chinese culture andthe entire humanity and repent!"
A victim of the anti-rightist campaign, Ms. Yan Tunfubelieves that more and
more people have recognizedthat Mao Zedong is a tyrant.
Yan Tunfu: "Many people believe that Mao Zedongis nobody and worthless.
More and more people,not just former victims, many others,

反右运动受害者，北京的燕豚符女士认为，现在越来越多的人已经认清，曾经被奉若神
明的毛泽东其实是一个暴君。
燕豚符（反右运动受害者）："很多人，认识到毛泽东不是东西，越来越多，这个不完
全是过去受过迫害的，就是其他的一些人，包括很多的知识份子，还有很多普通老百
姓，也都这么认识。"
燕豚符女士指出，对于毛泽东这么罪大恶极的人，说"忏悔"是在抬高他；即使他现在
"忏悔"了，也不可能免他的罪。
而贵州前《毕节日报》记者李元龙也向《新唐人》表示："毛泽东这样的人，我认
为，还不是功过的问题，而是罪恶有多大，该怎样清算的问题。实际上要我来说的
话，那个铜像都美化毛泽东了。实际上毛泽东这样的人根本不会主动忏悔的。"
中共前党魁毛泽东从1935年「遵义会议」开始，到1976年死亡，一直是中共的最高领导
人。在他统治期间，中国有多达数千万人非正常死亡。仅"文化大革命"中，就有一半的
中国家庭受到迫害。
2004年底，《大纪元》发表社论《九评共产党》，人们对毛泽东这位前中共党魁的认
识，有了更客观清晰的判断。

美国《纽约时报》签约摄影记者杜斌，日前也在香港发行新书《毛主席的炼狱》，再现
了上世纪60年代大饥荒年代的历史真相，曝光了毛泽东蓄意饿死数千万中国老百姓的滔
天罪行。
上海媒体《文汇读书周报》在2月份也曾公开披露了毛泽东"感谢日本侵略"的说法，文
章指出：日军入侵帮助中共壮大，最终夺权，毛泽东因此感谢日本侵华。
据了解，这个毛泽东"忏悔"像，是中国前卫艺术家高�（Shēn）与高强两兄弟的作
品，他们的父亲在文革中被打成"反革命"，被迫害致死。兄弟二人现居北京，部分作品
被收入《中国现代艺术史》等艺术图册，并被中外美术馆收藏。

The article shows a statueof Mao Zedong kneeling. Netizens comment thatMao
Zedong going down on his knee is inevitable.Commentators point out that
criticism of Mao Zedongis getting popular, yet for the heinous Mao
Zedong,even "repentance" would not diminish his crimes.
In this article, entitled "Repent, Mao Zedong!"the most engaging part is a
statue of Mao Zedongon his knees. In the statue, Mao Zedong kneels downwith
his right hand over his chest for repentance.
The article says, "Mao Zedong destroyed the 5000-yearChinese culture,
murdered 80 million lives, ruthlesslydevastated humanity, topping the 3

香港《开放》杂志执行编辑蔡咏梅："据我知道，现在中共本身对中国大陆附近，尤其

而且当六四时临逼近，很多学者被找去谈话。所以就说，它们（中共）肯定害怕以六四
搞纪念活动。"

森号（USS CarlVinson）"战斗群，早前抵达香港，吸引了各界媒体前去采访。《新唐
人》驻香港记者站记者获得美国领馆的邀请，登上航母進行采访。第二天，香港媒体《
中国评论通讯社》报导的新闻图片中，《新唐人》的台标却被打上了马赛克。我们来看
报导。
《中评社》23号刊登的《海葬拉登航母访港相信香港安全》的报导中，从新闻图片可以
清晰的看到，《新唐人》的麦克风所在位置非常醒目，左边的是香港有线电视，右边的
是香港TVB电视台，央视CCTV则被压在了下面。但是《新唐人》的台标却被打上了马赛
克。
当时获得邀请上"卡尔文森"号進行采访的《新唐人》记者梁珍透露，美国航空母舰访问
香港，是新闻媒体人非常关注的话题，当时有几百名媒体人申请采访，最后被批准的只
有100名。而美国领馆批准了《新唐人》两位记者上舰艇采访。
对于《中评社》把《新唐人》的台标有意遮盖，梁珍表示，这不是孤例，类似现象也曾
经发生，比如香港《凤凰卫视》以及香港《亚视》就被要求不能让《新唐人》的台标出
现。
《新唐人》驻香港记者梁珍："当天被摆在正中间的媒体醒目的标志被打上格子，说明
有人很害怕《新唐人》。从今天这种行为，我觉得很明显他们比《凤凰卫视》以及香港
《亚视》还要亲共，这个很值得警惕。《新唐人》的麦克风出不出去，也成为一个试金
石吧，就是可以检验这些媒体的背景，它是蒙面的亲共媒体？还是中共到底对他们控制
多少？从这些细节都可以看得出来。"
香港《开放》杂志执行编辑蔡咏梅分析，从《中评社》的行为，可以看出它是一个具有
中共官方背景的媒体，那么，它一切就会按照中宣部的指令去做。
香港《开放》杂志执行编辑蔡咏梅："这样做我觉得就很搞笑，它为什么不直接用《中
新社》或者是《新华社》名义，它就是想给人一个，它是个民间的独立的这样一个假
象，但是，如果你用这种假象的话，不是那种客观的，等于不打自招、欲盖弥彰的告诉
人家它有中共官方的背景。"
蔡咏梅指出，中共在这几年，花巨资在海外收购了很多海外媒体，目地是利用它们来为
自己说话。但收效不大。
蔡咏梅："因为你在海外这个市场，新闻一定要做的越客观越公正，你绑手绑脚做新闻
的话，而且意识形态倒向来做新闻的话，那么你在这个市场的竞争力就很难。"
那么，《新唐人》的节目为什么让中共感到害怕而严厉封杀呢？
梁珍："新唐人电视台和其他的敢于报导事实真相的一些独立媒体，成为中共的眼中
钉。因为我们不受它的控制。包括中共封锁和屏蔽的新闻，我们都是第一时间报导。我
们的节目都是把中国民众的声音带到全世界来，中共是最害怕这一点的。因为它一旦被
曝光的话，（它）这种党文化的洗脑方式也就是没有效果了。"
针对《中评社》的行为，《新唐人电视台》发言人洪凯莉提出了强烈的抗议。
《新唐人电视台》发言人洪凯莉："《新唐人》强烈谴责这种帮助中共封杀独立媒体的
做法。这次事件也让新闻界人士非常忧心香港的媒体环境，以及独立媒体在香港的存在
和发展的空间。作为全球少数几个独立中文媒体之一，《新唐人》希望大家继续关
注，中共及一些亲共媒体，对新唐人的打压和歧视。
最近，《新唐人亚太电视台》未获中华电信续约的消息，引起海内外的关注。美国、欧
洲和台湾政要、《新唐人》在各个国家以及大陆的观众，对中共插手干涉新闻自由、阻
挡民众获取真相的做法，表示强烈的谴责。
梁珍表示，《新唐人电视台》的覆盖面越来越广，受欢迎的程度越来越高，中共的打压
反而让《新唐人》扬名国际，她相信，"亚太电视台未获续约事件"一定能得到妥善解
决，一定会有更多的人收看得到《新唐人》。

人》驻香港记者站记者获得美国领馆的邀请，登上航母進行采访。第二天，香港媒体《
中国评论通讯社》报导的新闻图片中，《新唐人》的台标却被打上了马赛克。我们来看

《中评社》23号刊登的《海葬拉登航母访港相信香港安全》的报导中，从新闻图片可以
清晰的看到，《新唐人》的麦克风所在位置非常醒目，左边的是香港有线电视，右边的
是香港TVB电视台，央视CCTV则被压在了下面。但是《新唐人》的台标却被打上了马赛
克。
当时获得邀请上"卡尔文森"号進行采访的《新唐人》记者梁珍透露，美国航空母舰访问
香港，是新闻媒体人非常关注的话题，当时有几百名媒体人申请采访，最后被批准的只
有100名。而美国领馆批准了《新唐人》两位记者上舰艇采访。
对于《中评社》把《新唐人》的台标有意遮盖，梁珍表示，这不是孤例，类似现象也曾
经发生，比如香港《凤凰卫视》以及香港《亚视》就被要求不能让《新唐人》的台标出
现。
《新唐人》驻香港记者梁珍："当天被摆在正中间的媒体醒目的标志被打上格子，说明
有人很害怕《新唐人》。从今天这种行为，我觉得很明显他们比《凤凰卫视》以及香港
《亚视》还要亲共，这个很值得警惕。《新唐人》的麦克风出不出去，也成为一个试金
石吧，就是可以检验这些媒体的背景，它是蒙面的亲共媒体？还是中共到底对他们控制
多少？从这些细节都可以看得出来。"
香港《开放》杂志执行编辑蔡咏梅分析，从《中评社》的行为，可以看出它是一个具有
中共官方背景的媒体，那么，它一切就会按照中宣部的指令去做。

新社》或者是《新华社》名义，它就是想给人一个，它是个民间的独立的这样一个假

蔡咏梅指出，中共在这几年，花巨资在海外收购了很多海外媒体，目地是利用它们来为
自己说话。但收效不大。
蔡咏梅："因为你在海外这个市场，新闻一定要做的越客观越公正，你绑手绑脚做新闻
的话，而且意识形态倒向来做新闻的话，那么你在这个市场的竞争力就很难。"
那么，《新唐人》的节目为什么让中共感到害怕而严厉封杀呢？
梁珍："新唐人电视台和其他的敢于报导事实真相的一些独立媒体，成为中共的眼中
钉。因为我们不受它的控制。包括中共封锁和屏蔽的新闻，我们都是第一时间报导。我
们的节目都是把中国民众的声音带到全世界来，中共是最害怕这一点的。因为它一旦被
曝光的话，（它）这种党文化的洗脑方式也就是没有效果了。"
针对《中评社》的行为，《新唐人电视台》发言人洪凯莉提出了强烈的抗议。

做法。这次事件也让新闻界人士非常忧心香港的媒体环境，以及独立媒体在香港的存在
和发展的空间。作为全球少数几个独立中文媒体之一，《新唐人》希望大家继续关
注，中共及一些亲共媒体，对新唐人的打压和歧视。
最近，《新唐人亚太电视台》未获中华电信续约的消息，引起海内外的关注。美国、欧
洲和台湾政要、《新唐人》在各个国家以及大陆的观众，对中共插手干涉新闻自由、阻
挡民众获取真相的做法，表示强烈的谴责。
梁珍表示，《新唐人电视台》的覆盖面越来越广，受欢迎的程度越来越高，中共的打压
反而让《新唐人》扬名国际，她相信，"亚太电视台未获续约事件"一定能得到妥善解

记者在钱明奇的凤凰网微博上看到，他从4月18号到5月8号发出多条短信。其中，5月
3号的微博揭露：江西省抚州市临川区区长习东森，在2002年5月借修建京福高速公路名
义，非法将钱家新建房屋拆除，并从中苛扣征地拆迁安置补偿款1000多万元，以奖金名
义私分，给钱明奇造成经济损失200多万元。十年来钱明奇向多方诉求没有结果。
钱明奇在5月8号的微博说，他不想做第二个钱云会和徐武，他被迫向董存瑞学习！并
说，自愿将死后全身器官捐献给社会，但是非正常死亡不捐献。言语间似乎暗示着他已
经做好以死相拼的准备。
在爆炸前一晚，他发表最后一条微博，支持东北沈阳刀杀城管的小贩夏俊峰，他
说："行动才能解决根本！奋斗才能得到解放！"另外，根据《南都》记者王星透露，钱
明奇事先曾经给他发私信，请他关注抚州近期的"爆炸性新闻"。并向他详述自己的遭
遇。

去...到最后不了了之。政府就是这样敷衍我们老百姓.我们老百姓已经走到尽头了。对
政府没有希望了，也只有走这一步。谁给我们公道呢？公正呢？」
中山大学退休教授艾晓明网上发帖说，钱明奇用生命给这个社会敲响了警钟或者丧钟。

Micro-Blog Reveals Premeditated Explosion
A suicide bomber in Fuzhou, Jiangxi Province, China,has been identified as
Qian Mingqi, a petitioner whosehome was demolished. Before the bombing,he
blogged how Fuzhou officials demolished his homeand stole his awarded
compensation. He petitioned for10 years without results. He said he wanted
to be"Dong Cunrui" instead of Qian Mingqi, which foretoldthe tragic
bombing. Dong Cunrui was a Party hero whosacrificed his life while blowing
up a pillbox in 1948.
According to the Jiangxi Public Security Bureau,on May 26, 52-year-old
serial bomber, Qian Mingqi,died in the explosion. He was a resident
ofLinchuan District, Fuzhou City, in Jiangxi Province.
Between April 18 and May 8, Qian posted numerousblogs at www.ifeng.com. On
May 3, he revealed howXi Dongsen, a governor in Linchuan District,
forciblydemolished Qian's new home to make way for theBeijing-Fuzhou
Expressway, and how Xi took $1.54million from Qian's compensation and
distributedthe money as bonuses, causing Qian to lose $308,000.Qian
appealed for many years, without success.
On May 8, Qian wrote on his microblog that he wasforced to do things like
Dong Cunrui would havedone, instead of how Qian Yunhui or Xu Wuwould have
done. He said that he wanted to donatehis organs, if he died a natural
death. This alsoforetold his decision to fight injustice with his life.
On the evening before the bombing, he wrote his lastmicro-blog in support
the vendor, Xia Junfeng, whokilled city managers in Shenyang, Northeast
China.He said: "Only actions can solve the problem! Onlyby fighting can we
obtain freedom!" Also, accordingto Southern Metropolis Daily's reporter,
Wang Xing,Qian had sent him letters about his personal miseriesand
information on some "explosive news" in Fuzhou.
After Qian's motives for the bombing were madeclear, people expressed anger
and concerns at thecurrent state of society, which "forces people to rebel."
Mr. Lan, (a resident in Jiangxi): "This incident showsthat our society has
lost its flexibility and is strainedto its breaking point. Frankly
speaking, peoplecan no longer tolerate the current income disparityand
hidden issues are finally coming to the surface."
He Jiawen, (a legal worker in Hunan Province):"It's the nation's political
system that blocks thepath of peaceful negotiations. There is an old
sayingin China: 『Officials force people to rebel,' which is theresult of
an authoritarian society. Thus, good peopleturn into rioters, which is a
danger to the country."
Mr. Wang, from Hubei Province, was beaten intodisability by police when he
worked in GuangdongProvince. He petitioned for many years but
failed.Feeling desperate, he planned to retaliate by killingthe local
officials' families. Fortunately, he decidednot to go ahead with his plans.
Mr. Wang (a petitioner from Hubei): "Every time Iappeal to the related
government departments, theyshift responsibility to each other, and I end
up gettingnowhere. Since the authorities don't take us seriously,we
civilians have no choice now. People have no hopein the regime, thus they

地。
高瑜：「而且这个可能也是属于『大外宣'的计划之内。『大外宣'计划第一笔就给了
450亿，现在想给多少给多少。有多少需要都可以往里填。国家的钱袋子嘛，民脂民
膏，由他们分配嘛。」
动向杂志主编张伟国认为，这是中共当局影响舆论，争夺媒体市场的新策略。他指
出，《新华社》，《人民日报》，《中央电视台》努力的一个目标，就是尽可能的包装
自己，把自己打扮成跟西方媒体好像是同样性质的传媒，把自己作为「党的宣传工具」
这个本质，给包装掩盖起来。
张伟国：「西方对这种东西，总体来讲了解不多。因为西方人对共产党意识形态舆论的
控制，都缺少切身的体验。尤其是中国，在共产党极权专制国家里面，对媒体控制是最
精致的。许多手法恐怕是西方人想都想不到的。」
而《美国之音》的报导指出，美国「乔治城大学」举办的"中国互联网研究"座谈会
上，有学者指出，中共政府控制互联网就像控制「新闻联播」一样，用信息过滤，来塑
造一个虚假的现实。中国的互联网不是国际网路，而是内部网路。前《华尔街日报》记
者珊提．卡拉提尔(ShanthiKalathil)说，不同的搜寻引擎，能够创造不同的现实，就
看你用的是哪一个。
座谈会上，南卡罗来纳州大学传播学院的蒋敏教授指出，「谷歌」搜索的结果多半连向
外国网站，而「百度」大半都连向中国境内网站，或是官方的网站。她认为：大陆的互
联网和「新闻联播」类似，呈现的是中共导演下的虚假现实。
但是张伟国认为，在网路发达的今天，政府操控媒体，给民众洗脑的策略已经越来越不
管用。
张伟国：「我们知道网路媒体他是一个新的传播形式。几乎每一个人都是一个通讯社、
是一个报社、是一个电台，所以信息的多元化，已经突破了他原来一党专制，千报一
面、千篇一律的模式，党控制一切、一手遮天的局面，早就已经被打破了。」
蒋敏教授也提到，以前她在「中央电视台」工作，内部流传一个笑话，就是《新闻联播
》30分钟的「前十分钟播放中国领导人很忙，中间十分钟播放中国人民过的很好、很高
兴，最后十分钟播放其他国家的人生活在痛苦之中。」
蒋敏认为，在很大程度上，这是真实的，而且不只在「互联网」上的内容，就连「搜寻
引擎」，中国（共）政府都伸出了塑造以及引导的手。

Previously, CCTV programs were transmittedto the world via the Associated
Press and Reuters.
The North U.S. branch of Xinhua.net lunchedon Times Square its 7th Xinhua's
station in the U.S.There is also an English channel for Xinhua.net,with
English programs played 24 hours a day.
Senior Chinese media reporter Gao Yu noted thatCCP has schemed to take over
a position in mediain the battle to spread its propaganda internationally.
Gao Yu: "At first CCP put RMB 45 billioninto the Mass Propaganda scheme.
Now,it gets more extravagant as it spends people's wealth.They just don't
care."
Zhang Weiguo, director of Trend Magazine, saidthat it's CCP new scheme in
battling media market,as Xinhua.net, People's Daily and CCTV endeavorto
embellish themselves to rival western medias,veiling its nature of CCP
propaganda.
Zhang Weiguo: "The Western world hasa limited awareness on the CCP's
measures, becausethey lack basic life experience in CCP media control.In
the communists' world, and China in particular,its control is of a superb
proficiency,far beyond what most westerns can imagine."
VOA reported that in a forum China's Internet Study,hosted by Georgetown
University, scholars notedthat CCP controls Internet much as they do
CCTV,to create a world of fantasy via information filtering.China's
Internet network is far from international;it is LAN based. Or as said by
Shanthi Kalathil,former reporter of the Wall Street Journal,a different
search engine results in a different reality.
Professor Jiang Min from Carolina University saidat the forum that Google
searches internationally,whereas Baidu.com searches domestic databases.She
thought that China's Internet was muchlike CCTV, giving an illusive reality
made by CCP.
Zhang Weiguo also noted that in today's high techInternet development,
governmental media controlto brainwash people becomes less and less
effective.
Zhang Weiguo: "Internet media, as a new meansfor information transmission,
features everyonefunctioning as news agency or station. It
diversifiesinformation, surpasses the one-Party ruling situation,and it's
no longer the previous monopolized system."
Prof. Jiangmin also mentioned about a popular joke,from her times at
CCTV;the CCTV 30 mins news had the following pattern:10 mins - how busy CCP
officials were,10 mins - how happy is the life of Chinese people,10 mins -
how miserable is the rest of the world.
Jiangmin said that it is largely true not onlyabout the Internet, but also
